Creamy Layer
- 2 tbsp thick Greek yogurt (unsweetened) OR coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia pudding (optional for extra thickness)
Topping
- 2–3 sliced strawberries
- 1 tbsp roasted nuts (almonds/pistachios)
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa nibs (optional for texture)
👩🍳 Method
- Prepare sabja seeds
Soak 1 tbsp sabja seeds in water for 10–15 minutes until they swell. - Make the protein milk
In a shaker or blender, mix 1 scoop Dr. Elixir Juicy Strawberry Protein with chilled almond milk. Shake/blend until smooth and creamy. - Layer your falooda (Use a tall glass for aesthetic appeal)
- First layer: soaked sabja seeds
- Second layer: cooked falooda sev
- Third layer: chopped strawberries
- Fourth layer: pour strawberry protein milk
- Add a spoon of Greek yogurt
- Repeat light layering if desired
