Returns & Refunds Policy
At Dr Elixir, we are committed to delivering high-quality nutraceutical products to our customers. Please review our refund and replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of our nutraceutical products, purchases made from our online store cannot be returned after delivery.
If you receive a damaged or expired product kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper image or video of issue for return.
If any replacement / exchange is approved the new item will get delivered within 3 – 5 working days from the date of approval. Replacement for Expired or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is expired or defective, please follow the steps below:
- Email us at hello@provibenutrition.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Include the following details in your email:
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
- Clear photographs of the product showing the defect or expiry date
- Our Quality Control Team will review the submitted evidence.
If the defect or expiry is confirmed, we will replace the product free of charge.
Please note: Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
- The customer does not like the product after delivery.
- The product does not meet personal expectations.
- Claims made by third parties on behalf of the customer.

Order Cancellation
Once an order has been successfully placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
- The shipping location is not serviceable by our delivery partners.
- There is an unreasonable delay in delivery caused by logistics issues.
Expired or defective products will be replaced as per our Replacement Policy, not refunded.
If a refund is approved in writing by our team:
- The refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- The amount will be returned through the original mode of payment.
- Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–7 additional working days to reflect in your account.
No Refunds Will Be Issued In The Following Cases
Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Recipient unavailable at the delivery address.
- Refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery.
- Delivery to a person or location specified by the customer other than the customer.
- Events beyond our control (force majeure).
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
