Sugar-Free Strawberry Protein Falooda

🥣 Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

Falooda Base

  • 1 scoop Dr. Elixir Juicy Strawberry High Performance Plant Protein
  • 1 cup chilled unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp soaked sabja (basil) seeds
  • 2 tbsp cooked whole-wheat falooda sev (or shirataki noodles for ultra-low carb option)
  • 4–5 fresh strawberries (finely chopped)
  • 1–2 drops natural stevia or monk fruit (optional, if extra sweetness needed)

Creamy Layer

  • 2 tbsp thick Greek yogurt (unsweetened) OR coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia pudding (optional for extra thickness)

Topping

  • 2–3 sliced strawberries
  • 1 tbsp roasted nuts (almonds/pistachios)
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa nibs (optional for texture)

👩🍳 Method

  1. Prepare sabja seeds
    Soak 1 tbsp sabja seeds in water for 10–15 minutes until they swell.
  2. Make the protein milk
    In a shaker or blender, mix 1 scoop Dr. Elixir Juicy Strawberry Protein with chilled almond milk. Shake/blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Layer your falooda (Use a tall glass for aesthetic appeal)
    • First layer: soaked sabja seeds
    • Second layer: cooked falooda sev

    • Add a spoon of Greek yogurt
