Why I Started Dr. Elixir
Hi, I’m Neha Audi, founder of Dr.Elixir. After my pregnancy, I struggled with obesity and thyroid issues while also watching my parents battle high cholesterol and diabetes. It made me realise how deeply modern lifestyles affect our health and inspired me to transform my own lifestyle through disciplined workouts and clean, high-protein nutrition.
During this journey, I discovered a common problem — most whey and plant proteins either tasted unpleasant, felt too heavy, caused bloating, or lacked the quality needed to deliver real results. I wanted something clean, effective, easy to digest, and genuinely enjoyable.
When I spoke to thousands of people in my network, I heard the same frustrations repeatedly. Some were lactose intolerant, some wanted a clean vegan protein, and many simply wanted a protein that tasted good without chalkiness or heaviness while still delivering high performance. And many din’t have time to balance their diet and get sufficient nutrients.
That insight led to nearly a year of research, sourcing, formulation, and testing to create Dr.Elixir a premium plant protein designed for exceptional taste, smooth digestibility and uncompromising quality.
